The NewGen Park Model is a factory-built structure mounted on a permanent chassis, certified by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA). That certification means your unit is legally recognized as an RV across the United States — placeable in any RV park, resort, or city that permits RV living.
Designed under 400 sq ft to meet federal classification standards, Park Models combine the comfort of a permanent home with the legal flexibility of a registered vehicle.
RVIA Certification Included
Every NewGen Park Model ships with full RVIA certification. This is the same standard used by major RV manufacturers and is required for placement in most licensed RV parks and resorts across the country.
