The NewGen Park Model is a factory-built structure mounted on a permanent chassis, certified by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA). That certification means your unit is legally recognized as an RV across the United States — placeable in any RV park, resort, or city that permits RV living.
Designed under 400 sq ft to meet federal classification standards, Park Models combine the comfort of a permanent home with the legal flexibility of a registered vehicle.
